¡¡¡¡The Daping hospital is the third affiliated hospital of the third military medical university. The department of radiology was established in 1960. After several generations¡¯ unremitting efforts and hard struggle, the integrated strength of this department has made a great progress, which gets the leading position in the southwest region with its great power of clinical treatment, medical education and science research. And in 1986, the department got approval of conferring master¡¯s degree. Now the department has two outstanding and distinctive subjects: CNS imaging fundament and clinical research, pelvic basal functional disease imaging research. And there are two master tutors, two professors, three associate professors, two associate director technicians, and six M.D. and 3 Ph.D. in the department. Also the department has trained and brought up more than ten masters and another six masters on education.
¡¡¡¡Besides, the department possess a lot of advanced equipment, including CT, MRI, DSA, CR, multifunctional digital GI equipment and etc, which worth more than 100 million Yuan. In 2009, the department will install 256 multi-slice CT and 3.0T MRI devices, which can get first position in the world.
